Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order, to every UK address. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay, VAT included.

Order cut-off time
Orders placed after 2pm UK time are processed the next working day.

Processing time
We process orders within 1-2 working days of payment, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Transit time
Delivery takes a further 5-13 working days.

Estimated delivery time
In total, expect your order within 15 working days of placing it. Most orders arrive sooner.

Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is despatched. You can also track your order at any time at https://loxleyhome.co.uk/apps/parcelpanel

If your order is late
If your order has not arrived 15 working days after you placed it, email contact@loxleyhome.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged
Email us photographs within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you at no cost.
